Best surprise of the night was the original Mr Cooper, Mark Curry!! I didn’t realize how much I’ve missed him and how much his voice, until I heard his set. He is hilarious!
Redd did his thing and stepped up his game, reminding me of the old Chicago comedy club days...Milt Trinear, All Jokes Aside, and Giovanni’s Pizzeria/Comedy in Doltin. The hosts could leave you gasping for breath before the main act ever stepped on stage.
Lunell was a hit and I was not disappointed. Each opening act set us up for the main event."
